Andre Agassi is recognized as one of the greatest tennis players of all time. During his time as a player, Agassi was recognized by fans for his high level of play and his unique style. Sporting long hair with a mullet and often colorful outfits, Agassi was out to break the traditional "proper" tennis attitudes. Agassi has always been a tough autograph to obtain, even staying at a different hotel than the other tennis players on the tour to avoid throngs of fans. So when Agassi hit the book signing tour during the summer of 2009 to promote his autobiography, "Open", we knew it would be a great opportunity to add this elusive tennis star to our collection. My sister picked up these beautifully signed books at a local bookstore. Agassi's signature is simplistic, sort of looking like a capital "A" followed by what appears as a "T" for "Andre" and a capital "A" line for "Agassi". Even with this basic autograph, it is still very consistent from signature to signature and it is aesthetically appealing.
