Blink-182: Two Outta Three Ain't Bad!

Blink-182 appeared on a talk show here in Hollywood during the summer of 2009. Consisting of Tom DeLonge, Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus, Blink-182 is one of the premier punk pop bands around. After performing an outdoor concert for the television show, two of the three members of the band came over to the awaiting fans and signed autographs. Travis Barker is truly one of the nice guys of Rock 'n Roll, picking up the pen and signing for collectors. Even with tons of collectors and fans alike clamoring for signatures, Travis signed both a group shot and one of him individually, drumming for Blink-182. Barker accidentally smeared the autograph on the individual shot of himself and apologized for doing so. It's okay Travis, we forgive ya! Bassist Mark Hoppus also signed for collectors and he was a great addition to the Blink-182 group shot. I've heard from other collectors in the past that Tom DeLonge refuses to sign autographs. A collector friend that went after Blink-182 in the late 1990's was able to get both Travis and Mark but was denied by Tom. That was the case on this day as well, as Tom ignored collectors and chose not to sign. Like I said earlier, two out of three is not bad at all.
